NOSE: Aromatic nose combining herbal, green and asparagus notes with tropical fruit characters of passion fruit and pineapple.

PALATE: Full, ripe palate with good tropical flavours evident. Hints of herbal and citrus fruit with excellent persistence of flavour.

Crisp and tight and a desert-dry palate. Yet behind that are the sweet ripe fruits of these two varieties. The crisp fine acid lifts and the palate and the deep flavour intensity carry long into the finish. Solid and impressive.
