Our Wines
At Matilda's Estate, we feel that it is very 
important to maintain an ongoing and constant vigilance, dedicated assessment and "communion" with the vines. Coby Ladwig and Brenden Smith are our mastercrafters, and are absolutely committed to producing the highest quality of wine.
Before harvest we determine the best range and style, and most innovative of wines that can be produced for that season. After our excellent 2006 harvest we decided to produce two Maverick wines: the Sparkling Rose made from 100% Pinot Noir and a very limited release Chardonnay made from our very special Gingin Chardonnay block.

We endorse and cultivate vine inspiration by using the highest standards of viticulture. The combined elements of perfect (karri loam) soil, Denmark’s Antarctic rain, pristine air produce the most ideal and unequalled, Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir wine in the world.
